I dont really know much about mIRC. But I can manage to find certain files they have on them. You can easily find the the server and channel the files you want is in by using these mIRC SEARCH ENGINE.

4. http://www.packetnews.com
5. http://searchirc.com

When you are in one of these search engine, you can just type in the name of the file you want and they will give you a link that will force the mIRC program to pop up and open up the right server and channel for u. Another step u need to do is to right click and paste the command to download the file.

When you get familiar with the mIRC program itself, you can read what files are offering on each channel. You can manually locate it by seeing the chats scrolling pass the program. Sometime like this:

When you see what you like, type in the command "/msg [the sender sn] xdxx send#[package #]
